- Artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, Posting on socials with credit to @randomperson660, or printing the art for yourself (and yourself only), but may not be used for profit without prior agreement or discussion
- AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work my not be used in ANY AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs
- I reserve the right to decline any commission I deem outside of my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
- Tips are greatly appreciated
- My prices are all in USD, please be mindful of this when paying :)
- I do not and WILL NOT take NSFW or KINK related commissions, if I find that you are attempting to commission kink-related content without my explicit consent will result in a blacklist.PAYMENTS AND FEES
- All payments are to be made upfront, I use Kofi and Paypal
- Payment should be made within 2 weeks and I should be notified if payment is to take longer than 24 hours, I understand that emergencies happen but please tell me if you’re able
- Depending on the character's complexity, I may add a complexity fee. This is because they take longer to draw and I want to make your character as ref-accurate as possible :)
- Complexity fees range from $8 to $25REVISIONS AND CHANGES
- When commissioning me you will receive 3 free revisions after the sketch is approved, revisions made during the colouring stage will cost $5 per change, while I am willing to make changes and adjustments wherever needed, making changes after the lineart is complete means that it slows down my process
- Mistakes that I make will be fixed at no cost, any errors on my part will be correctedDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Commissions can take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health,or personal matters I will notify you personally if issues or delays occur
- If you wish to skip the queue and be a Priority, the fee will be $10 to $30 depending on the commission type.
- Priority Commissions WILL be completed within the requested time frame, if not you will receive the full repayment of your priority fee.REFUNDS
- I may cancel and refund a commission at any time for any reason
- You may cancel before payment is made
- Refunds are mainly unavailable unless I am unable to complete the commission
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited;
Filling a chargeback will:
- Forfeit your rights to use the artwork
- Place you in a public permanent blacklist on my socials with evidence
- Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fitCOMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You May;
- Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are discussed and purchased)
- Print the art for yourself
- Post it on social media with credit to @Randomperson660You May NOT;
- Use the artwork commercially
- Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me
- Remove signatures/watermarks
- Resell or redistribute the artwork
Modify the artwork without my consent
- Use artwork purchased for personal use in merch, streaming, or commercial projectsBLACKLIST POLICY
- Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence)
- The blacklist may be shared with other artists
- Getting put on the blacklist requires intentional rule breakage, evidence, and you won’t be placed on it for “petty” reasons or simple dislike - there is always a reasonFINAL AGREEMENT
