My terms of service(TOS) for commissions!
By paying for your commission you agree to all of the following:-i do not take ANY NSFW OR KINK RELATED commissions- my prices are in USD, because of PayPal charging the fee, please note this when paying- once we establish a commission type, I’ll need your PayPal Email address to send you an invoice! otherwise i will send you a link to my kofi!- payment before I start, after that I’ll send a series of wips(work in progress) until completed!- if the design is over complicated I will have to charge slightly extra, depending on the difficulty the price could increase between $1-$20 this is only for extremely difficult designs, such as 8+ wings or Intricate markings such as words in different languages or symbols- please have a digital reference or colour references at the ready, this’ll make it easier for me to get the correct colours (there is a fee for shaded refs)- tips/extra money is greatly appreciated!!- if you are a NSFW or a 18+ account i do allow you to purchase or commission me, and i do permit my designs being used for 18+/NSFW purposes.- after the sketch stage I’ll only refund 75%, after the lineart refund of 50%, and after flat colours a refund of 35%, this is to prevent theft- if I host an event ( other than a raffle or art contest) and the art is watermarked(such as mutual requests ect) , I’ll gladly make it more transparent for you for free :>, although I will crop it for you if you ask- I have the right to refuse ANY commissions, especially if they make me feel uncomfortable, this is when I’ll issue a full refund within 48 hours- Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their finished commission for non fungible tokens and/Or blockchains in general . Use of my artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, blockchains, or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.- I will never sell/resell any of my work as non fungible tokens or blockchains of any kind. If artwork I have created, regardless if commissioned or personal, is listed as a non fungible token or is being resold for cryptocurrency, it is stolen. Please report any reposts or resales to me promptly.TOS may be subject to change, please be mindful of that.
